LOGSTOR PertPipe SDR 7.4 with surveillance wires is a complete range of diffusion-tight, flexible pre-insulated pipes for district heating in accordance with EN 17878-1/2.
It is a TwinPipe system used for distribution pipelines and, together with LOGSTOR PertFlextra SDR 7.4 as service pipes for house connections, constitutes a complete flexible pre-insulated pipe system with all its benefits.
The service pipe in LOGSTOR PertPipe SDR 7.4 is made of polyethylene PE-RT type II, featuring an aluminum diffusion barrier that prevents the diffusion of oxygen into the water and water vapor into the insulation, ensuring dry insulation over the lifetime.
The service pipe is insulated with polyurethane foam (PUR), and the outer casing is made of PE-HD and, for some dimensions, with an aluminum diffusion barrier for insulation gases, ensuring that heat loss properties do not deteriorate over the lifetime.
LOGSTOR PertPipe SDR 7.4 includes electrofusion sockets, press couplings, casing joints, pre-insulated fittings, and tools needed to establish a complete pre-insulated flexible piping network.
