System advantages
Easy to clean.
100% watertight.
Corrosion resistant.
Increased surface strength.
Particularly suited for the food industry.

LOGSTOR Industrial applications
The pipe system is particularly suited for the food industry where there are high demands on hygiene. There are no problems with growth of bacteria in the insulation or condensed water on the floor due to surface condensation.
It is important that all joints are correctly installed and that all free ends are covered with end caps. The system is supplied with black or white casing pipes, as standard. White pipes should only be used indoors.
The pipe supports are positioned directly on the casing surface so that neither water nor moisture can penetrate and damage the insulation or cause corrosion.
The pipe system is supplied with a 100% watertight polyethylene casing, which resists most chemicals. During its entire service life, it remains simple to clean - even when using strong detergents as well as pressure cleaning, if necessary.
LOGSTOR Onshore applications
With 40+ years of experience in pre-insulated pipes for onshore applications, we offer end-to-end solutions for all applications up to 120°C. This includes field joints, bends, fittings, heat tracing and moisture surveillance systems to protect the integrity of the pipeline throughout its life.
Standard temperature systems are suited for both above ground as well as buried installations.
Good to know
Above ground systems must use bonded PUR or PIR sandwich systems that expand as one unit, with expansions absorbed in L, Z, or U bends. Ensure pipes can move freely with axial sliding supports. For bends, use supports allowing both longitudinal and lateral movements, attached outside the casing pipe to avoid cold bridges. Strong insulation transfers necessary forces. Install anchors on straight sections by fixing the casing pipe or using pre-insulated anchors. Insulate all joints with PUR or PIR foam.
