The unique welding technology in LOGSTOR WeldMaster extends the quality and service life of the pipe solution as a whole, backed by documentation and traceability down to the individual weld.
We set new standards for welds in the energy sector. The welding process plays a crucial role in the service life of pipe systems – which places enormous responsibility on the shoulders of the individual fitter. LOGSTOR WeldMaster is a multifunctional PE welding machine that utilises the latest technologies – PDA, GPS, GPRS, App, Metadata, Photo Documentation, Resistance Measurement Validation, and 2D bar codes – to make it even quicker and safer to install the pipe systems of tomorrow. LOGSTOR WeldMaster is based on computer-controlled, thermoplastic welding technology that uses heat-conducting metal between the joint and the PE outer casing to weld the two components together and form an unbreakable pipe.
LOGSTOR WeldMaster enhances the quality of each and every weld, and makes the project significantly more efficient for the fitter. LOGSTOR weld joints are unique because every one of them features a 2D bar code containing the relevant product and production data, along with the associated welding information. The combination of a welding machine, a PDA/App and a 2D bar code on the joint allows internet-based traceability and documentation of all the welds in LOGSTOR pipe solutions. With efficiency, traceability and documentation, we are able to guarantee the best service life in the sector.
How does it work?
1. Apply parameters
Enter project information and joint parameters in the LOGSTOR Connect WeldMaster Tool or the PDA - either by QR-scan options or manually.
2. Start the welding
When all preceding parameters have been entered, press the "Start" button to start the welding. TIP: Follow the welding info directly on your device.
3. Upload welding
Conduct the manual checks on your device and upload the welding to the InstallationPortal. TIP: On the app version you'll be able to attach photo documentation.
4. Done
After upload the welding is done. Continue with the next welding or review your documentation on the InstallationPortal.

How do I sign up?
1. Go to InstallationPortal or open the LOGSTOR Connect app
Go to the InstallationPortal or click login in the LOGSTOR Connect app.
2. Register a user
Click "Register" at the bottom of the login screen, fill in your user details, and click "Register".
3. Select the appropriate role & license option
Read more about our different roles, license options and prices on the following page, and select the solution that suits your needs. Click "Next" afterwards.
4. Accept the Terms of Use
Accept the Terms of Use and await user setup from our admin team, who will contact you after setup.
5. Done
You are ready to use the selected tool(s) within you license and role type.
LOGSTOR Connect WeldMaster tool or PDA?
The welding process can be controlled by both LOGSTOR Connect WeldMaster tool and the PDA. The devices are identical, although the LOGSTOR Connect tool has more capabilities (resistance measurement validation & photo documentation) and is cheaper.
